True Free Range Ham on the Bone by Bundarra Berkshires.
- 1/2 leg on the bone, approx 2.5-3.5kg. $60/kg Rump or Hock end available. The rump end tends to have less bone.
- Shoulder Ham ~ almost boneless shoulder(just a small hock bone) cured & smoked as per a normal ham. Fat is marbled through the meat instead of a single fat cap. Perfect for slicing with ease at larger functions. Approx 2.5 kg each $60/kg
